PreAct completed the second round of meetings of its international advisory committees, bringing together experts from psychiatry, emergency response, public systems, and research.
The committees are reviewing the structural, financial, and political obstacles that prevent mental health preparedness from being integrated into standard emergency planning.
Working groups presented early recommendations on training standards, cross-border coordination, and measurement frameworks.
Outputs from these sessions will feed directly into the agenda of the PreAct Annual Summit and inform published guidance for partner institutions.
