In collaboration with local liaison Dr. Ahmed Sheraz, PreAct has begun an initial pilot in Pakistan focused on assessing mental health and trauma-care capacity among healthcare professionals.
The pilot brings together local clinicians, first responders, and community leaders to map existing capacity for psychological first aid and post-crisis mental health support.
Working sessions focus on adapting international frameworks to local cultural, linguistic, and institutional realities.
The initiative will produce a replicable model for entering new regions in partnership with trusted local liaisons.
